Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, as long as the item meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is provided

Return Process

If you need to process a return, the following conditions apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return value
  • A store credit or refund will be issued minus the restocking fee

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit or refund for the approved amount, less the restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery. We’ll work with you to correct the issue quickly.
