I understand that Stain & Seal Supply, Staining University, and Restorative Industries, LLC (collectively referred to as “Company”) may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, statements, and participation during this event.
By purchasing, I grant the Company and its affiliates, sponsors, partners, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and permission to:

Photograph, film, and record me

Use my personal name, company name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and statements

Use photographs, video, audio, testimonials, interviews, and other media captured during the event
LIABILITY WAIVER
By attending the Staining University Event on March 19th & 20th, I release Stain & Seal Supply and its persons and affiliates including, but not limited to event staff, venue owner and staff, etc. (all aforementioned will be referred to as “the Host”) from any and all responsibility of loss or damage to personal property, including but not limited to – bodily harm, vehicle, clothing, equipment, etc. I waive, release and discharge the Host from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of the Host, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other damage or actions of any kind which may affect or impact me in any way arising from the Event. I indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Host from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Event. In consideration of the acceptance of your registration and participation in the Event, you assume full and complete risk and responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur during the Event, while you are on the premises of the Event, or while you are traveling to or from the Event.

What is the (hourly) schedule?
We don't have a set itinerary just yet, but we do have classroom and hands-on sessions for wood restoration and cleaning, fence and deck staining, pre staining, how to bid, scaling your business, and more.
