What graco airless or any airless sprayer tip size do you recommend for applying this type “ transparent “ sealer ? It is not stated on the container and haven’t been able to located it on your sight.
We recommend using a 521 spray tip.

Is your stain water-based? Can it be used over lakes?
EXPERT Stains are an oil based stains with ultra low VOC levels, compliant in all 50 states, Canada, and in the UK. Our stains can be used over lakes, but we recommend brushing or rolling the stain on versus spraying to avoid getting overspray in the water.

If I've done clear coat then 1 yr later I do natural transparent then 2 or 3 yrs later could I go directly over the fence with red wood transparent?
Yes, we would recommend giving the fence a basic wash with Eco Cleaner and Wood Brightener, letting the fence dry to at least a 13% moisture content, then you can apply the redwood stain.
With EXPERT stains, there is no need to chemically remove the current stain if you are reapplying EXPERT. -

Installed my cedar fence in april of this yr, Ordering your cedar stain, just wondering what I should clean the fence with before staining? And should I do 1 or 2 coats? Have ordered samples from you guys to help me decide on which color to use. Great option for people on the fence:) about different colors/shades.

What is the minimum temperature this can be applied in?
Anywhere above freezing, but please make sure to properly clean the fence. This can be a challenge in colder temperatures as the moisture takes longer to dry.

What is the next lightest color of Transparent Stain from CLEAR? Assuming CLEAR has no color? Is it Cedar or Natural? Hard to tell from website.
Clear has no pigment. Natural and cedar both have a little pigment for a more natural / cedar hue.

Live in Alabama with a lot of heat and humidity in the summer and the same humidity in the winters which results in a lot of mold and mildew. How does it stand up to that and what is the proper cleaning to remove it each spring? I have about 2500 sq feet to cover.
Hello,
We are based out of Tennessee with very similar weather. Our stains hold up great against the harshest conditions. Oil-based stains preserve your wood regardless of the weather conditions, and can be applied in the heat of summer or the cool of winter as long as the surface is properly prepared. The surface will be rain safe after 24-48 hours after coating depending on the humidity outside.
We use no solvents to specifically ensure as much oil as possible penetrates and protects your fence and deck.
To clean, we recommend yearly cleanings with a light Ecocleaner application. Wash, apply Ecocleaner, allow to sit for 15 minutes, and rinse!
Mold and mildew won't grow on oil-based stains. If the fence is in the shade and constantly wet, there may be light surface growth that can be dealt with during your yearly cleaning.
